Returns
We do not accept any returns on opened, used, or unsealed items—no exceptions. All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals fully intact. Items that show signs of tampering or wear cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
If you need to make a return, please contact our customer support team first for authorization and detailed instructions. Once the returned item is received, it will be thoroughly inspected to confirm it remains sealed and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued once the item passes this verification process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure safe and timely delivery.
